A member of the Sri Chinmoy Centre since 1995, in this homepage John-Paul Gillespie attempts to mitigate his fondess for his favourite topic—himself—with both the reader's patience and his many tales, anecdotes and musings on life in the Sri Chinmoy Centre, from his own very biased perspective. Well something is very much better than nothing—the state of this homepage for far far too long—so here is the beginning of what I intend to become very much something!

As Sri Chinmoy often relates, it is better to be a master of one trade than a jack of all, as the well-known saying goes, and here I will attempt to display something of the many trades of which I perhaps master a little, and definitely nothing of the past-times which I master none.

To coin another phrase, “It's all about me”—but please don't hold that against me...
